If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged please contact us within 5 days and we will then arrange to have you send us the faulty item back.

Once received, we will then send out a replacement.

If you simply change your mind about products we will be happy to refund you, providing we receive the items back without damage and unopened.

In this case you will be liable to pay the postage to return
